All our Facilities Feature:

Cutting edge Therapy.  Cutting Edge Care

Enjoy the latest, high-tech therapy techniques at Ivy Healthcare. All our facilities offer “Restore Skills” therapy – a suite of interactive therapeutic video games for patients to do with their therapist.

Built by therapists themselves, “Restore Skills” therapy helps you work on your balance, range of movement, and much more.

With “Restore Skills”, you’ll find therapy fun. The game-based format keeps you excited and energized to come back for more. It’s the perfect incentive to get back to yourself as quickly as possible.

The best bit? Since the games are online, you can even play them with your family back home or with your friends around you. Therapy is no longer a solitary exercise. Now you can socialize at the same time!

Going home is not Goodbye

When you’re feeling better enough to return home, we’ll keep in touch to make sure you’re on the path to a full recovery. As part of our new “Pathways Home” program, you will receive several check-up calls from one of the facility staff, up to a month after your discharge.

“I would recommend The Ivy at Clemmons to anyone”

It’s been a year and a half since our loved one has been at the Ivy at Clemmons.  Since she’s been there, she has gained many friends and she loves the staff.  I feel confident she is in a safe environment and she is in good hands.  I would recommend The ivy at Clemmons to anyone who is searching for an Assisted Living Facility for their loved one.

“The nurses and aides who cared for my mother are all ANGELS”

I want to thank you for the wonderful services I received from The Ivy at Gastonia.  I don’t know how you do it but you employ ANGELS in every sense of the word.  The nurses and aides who cared for my mother are all ANGELS.  They are all extremely kind, sensitive, very caring, and each have a wonderful giving spirit.  They have gone far beyond their duties.

~ T.H., daughter of a former resident at The Ivy at Gastonia

“Great employees that actually care about your loved ones”

My mother has been at this facility for 6 years.  Our family loves what the new owners are doing with the facility.  It’s small but has great employees that actually care about your loved ones.  My mother has Parkinson’s and all of her daily life tasks are met by her nurses and our family can not be more grateful.  In all the years my mother has been at this facility she has never had a bedsore or skin issues of any kind which is rare for a skilled nursing facility.

~ D.L., son of a resident at The Ivy at Gastonia
