Silver Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an 91-bed skilled nursing facility serving residents of the Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. We take pride in our warm, welcoming environment, where we treat our residents and visitors as family. The facility is located in downtown Marion, allowing quick transport and convenient access to either Unity Point HealthSt. Luke’s Hospital or Mercy Medical Center in the event of a medical emergency.
